It contains beef broth being cooked for at least 10 hours, adding cinnamon, anise, and Vietnamese cardamom and served with sliced beef or chicken fillet, fresh rice noodles, herbs, lime, and chilli.
Bổ is a truly authentic cafe that instantly takes guests to Vietnam. A team of Vietnamese chefs prepares national street food using fresh Ingredients just in front of the guests.
